Whitey comes home

We picked up the Gixxer from Larry and brought it to it’s new home.  We’ve code named the bike Project Whitey, as the plan is to paint the bike a pearl white.  There’s lots of work ahead of us…

This afternoon we went to meet with Larry about buying a crashed 07 GSXR 600 which we intended to turn into a track bike for me.  Unfortunately the bike was gone, but it wasn’t all bad.  I put a down payment on a crashed 07 GSXR 750

RDT with Turn2

We did the RDT with Turn2 on Sunday.  At the end of the day I went home and Johnny went on to ride Calabogie the next day.

Shannonville

This time it was the Nelson configuration.

We went to watch the nationals races at Shannonville.  I finally got to see the CBR125 cup challenge.  That was definitely an interesting race to watch.

Track weekend extravaganza!

Weekend at the track with Golo

The track was in Pro configuration on Saturday and Nelson on Sunday.  Johnny rode his GSXR on Saturday while I hang out watched, then I rode my KTM on the Sunday.
